POLICIES & PROCEDURES


 We have a STRICT CANCELLATION policy. 


We require 48hr notice for the cancellation of your scheduled brow/facial services and 72hrs for tattoo services. 

Clients cancelling with less than 48hrs of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue to book other services with our business. 
No shows will not be able to reschedule unless they pay 100% of the service missed. Same day cancellations are also 100% of payment required.

Upon arrival, if our studio door is closed please wait in the lobby for your appointment.We want every client experience to be a pleasant and relaxing one, please refrain from knocking, we will come and get you.

Late Arrival Policy:

There is a 5 minute grace period and anything more than 15 minutes late will result in your appt being deemed as a “no show”. 


Forms of Payment:

Zelle is preferred.

All credit/debit cards accepted, Check, and cash.

If any underage clients are being serviced, the parent can accompany the minor.

Strict 48hr cancellation policy for all services. Microblading requires 72hr cancellation and the $100 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Tattoo deposits must be used within 90 days.

We are located directly across the parking lot from 5th StreetPatio Cafe. Upon arrival kindly wait in the lobby until we come and get you.

Product Returns:

All sales are final.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR FIRST VISIT

New Brow Shaping Clients:

If you are on any medications, topical or oral from the Dermatologist please inform your esthetician 2 weeks prior to your appt. We can’t wax if you are on antibiotics, acne medications or acutane. Stop using any type of RetinA/retinoids 2 weeks prior.

Lash Lift clients:

Lashes must be medium to long length. Please come in without any mascara nor eye makeup. 48hrs post treatment you can’t get lashes wet. Please text photos if you aren’t sure if you are the ideal candidate.

Brow Lamination clients:

Brow hair must be dense & long.

Before getting a Diamond Glow medical facial….

If you have a cold sore on the lip area or anywhere on the area to be treated, please cancel your appt & reschedule for when you are fully healed.

If you plan on getting injectables, you must get them AFTER this treatment or book those 2 weeks prior. We do not want to massage those during the treatment.
